WHAT TO EXPECT: OUR 4-STEP PROCESS
Our team of experienced arborists and tree care experts is committed to delivering top-notch service from start to finish. We’ll walk you through what you can expect when you decide to work with us. Your trees are in capable hands and we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible. Feel free to call if you have any questions.
STEP 1
Initial Request
Submit an initial inquiry for a free estimate or schedule a consultation. These can be completed most easily online or via emailing estimates@treeotreeservice.com. Let us know tree-related needs and we’ll get back to you within one business day.
If you’re unsure what your job requires, we’ve outlined how to determine if you need a quick estimate or a more in-depth consultation.
STEP 2
On-Site Evaluation & Estimate Delivery
A qualified tree service representative will visit the property to conduct an on-site assessment of the trees and taking note of tree health, safety hazards, required maintenance, or any specific client requests.
After we stop by, we’ll send you an estimate detailing the work we plan to do for you. If you have any questions about the verbiage, or what all an estimate entails, please do not hesitate to contact our office. We will be happy to break it down for you.
STEP 3
Approving an Estimate
We greatly appreciate each of our clients choosing Treeo. In order for us to put your trees on our schedule we would need for you to email or mail us a signed copy of our estimate. Alternatively you could send us and email stating “I, (your name), approve of the work on estimate # (your estimate #) for the price of $(price). I understand that this email is my electronic signature and is legally binding to the terms and agreements on my estimate and Treeo.”
STEP 4
Getting the job Done
After we receive your approved estimate, we’ll put your trees on our schedule. Our team will let you know when we plan to come out and will be in touch to reschedule if the weather prevents us. At Treeo we certainly understand if you would like to be home, but we do not require you to be. Treeo accepts payment at time of completion. This can be done by leaving/giving a check to the crew, mailing in a check, or with any major credit card via phone or online through an emailed invoice.

Estimates vs Consultations:
What’s the difference?
ESTIMATES
When submitting a request we assume you have a clear idea of what work you need done. Due to your diligence in providing detailed notes and photos, our experts are typically able to provide an accurate estimate.
Most of our inquiries do not require a face-to-face meeting. Estimates tend to be quicker and more efficient since we don’t require you to be present in doing our inspection. However, if you’re unsure of what service you might need or wish to speak to an arborist face-to-face we ask you schedule a consultation so that we can understand your specific needs.
CONSULTATIONS
If you’re unsure of what needs to be done, or need to speak face-to-face with a certified arborist, we ask you schedule a consultation.
A consultation appointment allows you to meet with an arborist as they inspect and evaluate your trees. There is a $75.00 fee due at the time of the consultation for this type of diagnosis, but if you choose to work with us, the fee will be removed from your invoice.
